I’ve found a problem, how can I report it?

After reviewing the documentation and ensuring that there is an actual bug or documentation issue, you can report it in the following ways:

If you have access to the code repository, you can file a bug report in the issue tracker.

If you do NOT have access to the code repository, you can file a bug in the public issue tracker

Installation fails because Python cannot build wheels for a dependency?

Check if you are version a supported version of Python. Whenever new versions of Python are released, it takes time for packages to support them, and therefore polaris-studio will not work on that platform until all dependencies have become available. As an example, note the error found when trying to install polaris-studio on Python 3.12 just one week after its release.

Lane connection issues

When running full connectivity testing, Polaris-Studio may return warnings that lanes are not connected.
This can occur when manually editing the network but will not prevent a Polaris model from running. It is advised that you rebuild your intersections to solve this and any other issues that may be present after manual editing. You can find instructions on how to rebuild them here -> Connections
